While researchers were already warning of global forest dieback in the 1980s, we are now facing an irreversible climate crisis. The grace period and the time for big words are over, and everyone must do their part to preserve our planet for future generations. As a foundation, we have made environmental protection projects our top priority. In doing so, we want to reforest and at the same time protect the enormously important tropical forests, boreal old-growth forests and European mixed forests in their existence. Sometimes political leverage is also important, which is why the foundation is also partly involved in this direction.
