โOur vision is to develop our love for the earth and all its creatures and to express it in the world.โ
At the Haslachhof, many people, including Katharina, are committed to caring for people and animals. Young and old live together here and develop regenerative agriculture and permaculture. In the midst of horses, sheep, goats and chickens, a community is growing, characterised by cohesion and the joy of sustainable living.

โAt the Haslachhof, a place for permaculture is being created both inside and out. Just as we create fertile soil through our agroforestry system, we are also researching how to create fertile soil in our hearts so that what we want to thrive in the world can grow.โ
~ Katharina, Gemeinschaft Haslachhof e.V.
The agroforestry system
A mixture of native species such as willows, wild roses, deciduous trees, rowan trees, cornelian cherries, sloes or hawthorns and more drought-resistant โclimate treesโ such as pecans, jujubes, persimmons, figs, pawpaws or felt cherries.
Details โ Planting of the trees in single-row, double-row and triple-row strips, integrating valuable wood species between tall trunks.
We are delighted to be working with the association. The conviction and motivation of the farm and each individual member are inspiring and make the work for a greener and more sustainable future particularly fulfilling.
