As last year’s winner of the ClimaAwards, the Daniel Schlegel Umweltstiftung is invited to be part of the jury – and who could represent us better than our founder himself: Daniel!
Together with Barbara Becker, Linda Hinz, Hannah Förster, Manfred Huf and Clemens Kleinspehn, Daniel will be on jury duty over the coming weeks. The team will review the many exciting applications that came in at ClimaClic by last Sunday.
In April, the jury’s favourites will be selected based on a shared set of criteria. At the same time, you – if you’d like – are also invited to have your say. Every single person in our community can help decide via newsletter vote which projects convince them the most.
The final result is made up of:
→ 50 % Jury
→ 50 % Community
In June 2026, three outstanding initiatives will be awarded, sharing a total of €50,000 in funding.
We’re already excited to discover the inspiring ideas and projects we’ll get to know during the voting period. It’s always so motivating to see how many people are getting involved in real climate action with creative approaches.
