Who lends a hand here:

‘We do not see nature conservation, biodiversity, soil development and sustainable management as contradictory to the use of agricultural land, which should provide healthy, safe food and be highly productive. This task requires a commitment from society as a whole. Agroforestry can unite many of these goals and is a suitable means for us to counter the climate crisis in agriculture.’
~ Björn, Glashüpfer e.V.
The agroforestry system
Agroforestry with various native and non-native varieties such as pear, table grape, apple, persimmon, hazelnut, poplar, field maple, sycamore, Norway maple, chestnut, winter lime, summer lime and green alder.
Details → Fungus-resistant and drought-tolerant crops were particularly important. Pollarded trees were integrated as they provide valuable habitats for insects and birds.
We are delighted to support Glashüpfer e.V. on its journey. The association combines organic farming, community and solidarity in a special way.
